Responsibilities Assist in monitoring daily operations and ensure the smooth process of import, export and on-time delivery Daily update shipment reports and SAP system Perform data entry Liaise with internal and external parties Assist with billing verification and payment Identify repetitive manual tasks and help automate them to improve process efficiency Requirements Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Basic knowledge of Power BI to build reports and dashboards Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, ChatGPT/Copilot, or Python scripting) to help streamline processes — an advantage Good communication skills Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with internal/external stakeholders Studying or experienced in logistics or a forwarding-related field Immediate availability is highly preferred Internship Commitment Ability to commit at least 12 months on full-time basis are preferred We offer a competitive remuneration package to the right candidate.
