    Overview Of Division/Department The Office Administrative Service (OAS) department supports the Singapore Office with the below functions (Singapore Coordination and General Affairs) which include coordination and liaison between Head Office and other divisions, office administration, facility management and communications. Auto req I 2112BR Department Singapore Administration Department Section Office Administration Location Singapore Job Responsibilities Mailroom Management: Be professional at all times when dealing with clients with excellent customer service Managing mailroom operator(s) in accordance with IOP and HOP guidelines. Security screening of all incoming mails before distribution. Regular reporting and prompt escalations to the management in case of issue. Ensure that all documents are processed within stipulated timelines and according to the operational procedures Handling of outgoing mails for dispatch thru auto and manual folding, messenger request. Managing incoming mails thru courier and mailbox Handling of Pin Mailer for dispatch Check, Sort and Approve outgoing mails / courier registered in Flowlites Daily balancing of all outgoing mails Processing of monthly courier invoices Fix run and ad hoc collection by outside vendors Report and resolve client feedback to operation executive within stipulated time frame Maintain workspace cleanliness at all times. Build and maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, internally and externally Any other office administration, facility management duties which may be assigned by supervisor from time to time Job Requirements Minimum GCE "O" Level Minimum 2 years of mailroom experience / customer service Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Command of English is required for speaking and writing. Responsibility in attendance and completion of daily duties Be courteous and provide professional customer service Able to handle a fast-paced environment Disciplined, responsible and is a team player
