About this internship
Kargo is launching an electric commercial vehicle fleet in Singapore. We're looking for a hands-on, highly analytical intern to help coordinate day-to-day fleet operations and support our commercial partnerships as we scale. You'll work directly with Kargo's CEO and executive team, sitting at the center of the launch alongside drivers, leasing and vehicle vendors, and prospective commercial partners.
What you'll do
Fleet coordination
Coordinate vehicle scheduling, deployment, and driver logistics across the fleet
Serve as a point of contact with leasing and maintenance vendors (e.g., servicing, inspections, insurance/claims follow-up)
Track vehicle status, utilization, and issues; keep operational records and trackers up to date
Help resolve on-ground problems and escalate as needed
Commercial partnerships
Support outreach to and coordination with commercial partners and prospective clients
Prepare meeting materials, decks, and follow-up notes
Maintain the partnership pipeline and CRM/tracker
Schedule and help run partner meetings and site visits
What we're looking for
A strong record of excellence — your grades, a passion, or a hobby
Highly analytical — strong with numbers, comfortable building models and drawing insight from data
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Proactive and resourceful — you chase things down without being asked
Advanced spreadsheet skills for tracking, analysis, and reporting
Currently pursuing or interested in a career in banking or consulting
Interest in logistics, EVs, mobility, or startups a plus
Based in Singapore and able to work in-office full-time; valid work eligibility
Nice to have
Hustle. You find ways, not excuses.
English, Mandarin, and Bahasa
Prior banking, consulting, or similarly analytical internship experience
Familiarity with Singapore's commercial vehicle / LTA landscape
