    What The Role Is The Content Hub & Distribution (CHD) team drives content strategy, audience growth and digital engagement across CareersCompass by MyCareersFuture (www.content.mycareersfuture.gov.sg) and related workforce initiatives. We create impactful, audience-centric content that supports Singaporeans in their career and skills journeys, while helping drive awareness and engagement for workforce programmes and services. What You Will Be Working On We are looking for a motivated and digitally savvy Content Writer with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, curiosity about workforce and career trends, and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible content. This role offers opportunities to work across editorial planning, SEO, multimedia storytelling and audience engagement. What We Are Looking For You should have the following work experience and knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in content writing, editorial, journalism, digital content or related fields. Excellent writing and editing skills with strong command of English (British English preferred). Experience writing for digital platforms and online audiences. Familiarity with SEO and digital content best practices will be advantageous. Experience in workforce, education, business, public sector or media-related content will be a bonus. You should possess the following skill sets: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Optical CMS or equivalent). Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO tools or digital marketing concepts. Experience supporting multimedia or social-first content initiatives. Ability to work on Canva or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage. Experience supporting social media or multimedia content is a plus.
