Roles And Responsibilities Responsible to support and assist Test Product Engineers in Electrical Wafer Sort and wafer probing operations. Data-driven test analysis and automation of manual wafer-inking Dispositions Support day-to-day line sustaining activities through real-time problem analysis and implement real-time solutions (e.g. test setup, data collection, and basic eng analysis, etc) Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the PE supervisors to achieve the overall committed KPI targets To deepen immersion of the internship, adhoc activity in the test floor and laboratory will be assigned Work with test equipment, probers, and semiconductor testers and troubleshoot basic test issues and escalate when required Maintain proper documentation and reporting of test results & procedures Collaborate with cross functional teams and support production activities based on need & priority Assist in the qualification of new product introduction transfers Exposure / Knowledge / Skills Gained Semiconductor wafer fabrication testing Knowledge in microelectronics and wafer processing particularly in the manufacturing and test development of RF satellite devices, automotive chips, ASIC, and Optoelectronics (Silicon Photonics) Semiconductor test analysis tools (Yield Exporer, SiliconDash, Etc) Your Skills & Experiences Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, AI Engg, or related field Knowledge in C+, VB programming would be a plus Able to work in manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision Fast learner, Team player with good communication skills ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
