Role Description
The Market Research Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This intern will support market analysis by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data on customers, competitors, and industry trends. Day-to-day tasks include conducting primary and secondary research, preparing reports and presentations, and summarizing insights for internal stakeholders. The role involves assisting in the design of surveys or interview guides, monitoring market developments relevant to Atlas Workspace, and contributing to competitive benchmarking. The intern will collaborate closely with team members across product and marketing, communicate findings clearly, and help ensure that research outputs are accurate, well-documented, and easy to use within the Atlas platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to collect and evaluate data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports, slide decks, and team discussions.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to engage respectfully and professionally with survey respondents, interview participants, and other stakeholders.
Candidates should have proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, charts or dashboards).
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Candidates with familiarity with research methodologies, survey tools, or experience working in a tech or SaaS environment will be viewed favorably.
