Role Description The Market Research Intern role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the intern will support market analysis by gathering and interpreting data on customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Day-to-day tasks include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in the development of insights that inform product, marketing, and business strategies. The intern will also help maintain research databases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with users or prospective customers to understand their experience with research tools and workflows. This position offers hands-on experience in a research-driven environment and exposure to the intersection of technology and knowledge management. Qualifications Ability to perform Market Analysis and Market Research, including data collection, interpretation, and reporting. Strong Analytical Skills, with the capacity to synthesize findings and translate them into actionable insights. Effective Communication skills for presenting research outcomes, preparing clear documentation, and collaborating with diverse teams. Customer Service orientation, with an interest in engaging users, understanding their needs, and improving their experience. Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (current student or recent graduate). Proficiency in basic data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, survey platforms) and familiarity with research or productivity software. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity about research workflows, technology products, and the future of knowledge management.
