The intern will support research initiatives by collecting and analyzing market data, monitoring industry trends, and profiling competitors and potential customer segments. Daily responsibilities include preparing research summaries, assisting in survey and interview design, compiling insights into structured reports, and organizing findings in Atlas Workspace to support cross-team understanding. The intern will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer-facing teams to communicate research outcomes, help refine hypotheses, and suggest opportunities based on data-driven insights. This role offers hands-on experience in a research-focused environment and exposure to strategic decision-making in a growing company. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills for gathering, evaluating, and interpreting market data. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to synthesize findings, identify patterns, and translate data into actionable insights. Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to present research outcomes in written reports and verbal briefings. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact professionally with respondents, users, and partners during surveys or interviews. Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, or spreadsheets is beneficial. Interest in research, technology, or knowledge management products is preferred. Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Singapore, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
