About this internship
About SINGDATA
SINGDATA is an AI and data infrastructure company building a Lakehouse platform for analysts, data engineers, and AI agents. Our platform helps enterprises work with data more efficiently and cost-effectively across data engineering, analytics, and AI applications.
About the Role
This is a LinkedIn-first marketing internship covering content marketing, community engagement, events, market research, and business development support. You will help SINGDATA build brand awareness and customer relationships in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
What You’ll Do
LinkedIn Content and Community Marketing
Treat LinkedIn as SINGDATA’s primary channel for brand building, thought leadership, and demand generation.
Support the content calendar, including research, planning, writing, editing, publishing, engagement, and performance analysis.
Create content around AI, data infrastructure, Lakehouse technology, product capabilities, customer stories, and industry trends.
Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to turn technical topics into clear and engaging content.
Participate in relevant industry conversations and help build the LinkedIn community.
Multi-Channel Content Distribution
Strategically extend core content to X, YouTube, Medium, and relevant developer communities.
Support product demos, technical articles, customer stories, online events, tutorials, and community content.
Adapt content to each channel instead of simply cross-posting.
Track reach, engagement, website traffic, registrations, and leads to improve performance.
Events and Community Marketing
Research relevant conferences, meetups, and industry events in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Support event planning, invitations, registration, venue coordination, vendors, and marketing materials.
Assist with on-site event execution, post-event follow-up, and performance reviews.
Help build relationships with customers, partners, and developer communities.
Business Development Support
Research target industries, companies, customers, and key decision-makers.
Organize and maintain customer, partner, and event lead information.
Support follow-up with prospects and potential partners generated through LinkedIn, online channels, and events.
Participate in initial conversations to understand business needs and potential opportunities.
Support the Marketing and Sales teams in developing customer relationships.
Market Research and Marketing Operations
Support market, customer, and competitor research.
Monitor trends in AI, data platforms, cloud computing, and enterprise software.
Track marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
Support other marketing and business development projects as needed.

Strong writing, communication, research, organizational, and execution skills.
Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Able to understand basic technical concepts and communicate them to business audiences.
Nice to Have
Experience managing LinkedIn, X, Medium, or other content platforms.
A personal content portfolio, technical writing samples, or social media projects.
Experience with developer communities, technical communities, or student organizations.
Previous experience in events, B2B marketing, or a startup environment.
