Marketing and Business Operations Intern at a Medical Device Company (Credit bearing)

Role Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing and Business Operations Intern to support our daily operations while contributing to our marketing and growth initiatives. Learning Outcomes Analytical Skills: Develop strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities through process optimisation, data tracking, and marketing performance analysis. Marketing & Commercial Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, product positioning, and marketplace management, understanding how marketing drives sales in a regulated industry. Operational Excellence: Acquire practical experience in business operations, logistics coordination, and process improvement with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities Business Operations Assist in the daily management of business operations, including logistics coordination, process improvement, and task execution Manage marketplace orders and ensure smooth order fulfillment Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient handling of goods Support drug testing operations when required Conduct diagnostic checks on malfunctioning Alcohol Testers Marketing & Sales Support Create, update, and optimise product listings across online sales platforms (e.g. marketplaces, website) Assist in developing marketing content such as product descriptions, visuals, and promotional materials Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and online promotions Analyse basic marketing and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Work with the team to improve product positioning and customer engagement strategies Customer Experience Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups General Handle ad-hoc operational and marketing tasks, contributing to overall business efficiency and growth Requirements Keen interest in marketing, business operations, and/or healthcare industry Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks Strong communication skills and attention to detail Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months Credit bearing Able to start ASAP Work Environment Office working environment Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm Our office is located at: 25 Bukit Batok Crescent #09-13 The Elitist Salary: $1,000 monthly
