ABOUT THE ROLE
This internship provides an opportunity to be part of Etiqa Insurance Singapore’s Brand and Communications team. You will contribute to the creation and execution of marketing and content initiatives that strengthen our brand platform. The role offers exposure to how strategy, creativity, and communication come together to shape customer experience.
You will support content planning, campaign coordination, and brand storytelling across digital and social touchpoints. You will also play a hands-on role in producing short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, helping us bring our brand stories to life in fresh and creative ways. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, visual storytelling, and learning how marketing supports business growth in a real-world setting.
SCOPE OVERVIEW
Content Marketing and Social
Assist in planning, scheduling, posting, and community management across Etiqa’s channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the company website.
Write and adapt copy for posts, short videos, and marketing features in line with brand tone and guidelines.
Support ideation, filming, editing, and publishing of TikTok and Instagram videos that reflect Etiqa’s brand personality.
Coordinate with agencies on content calendars, asset management, and post scheduling using social media tools.
Track engagement and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Campaign and Brand Support
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Assist in CSR projects, brand activations, and internal engagement initiatives.
Help with photo and video shoots and maintain proper organisation of brand assets and materials.
Research and Insights
Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify relevant and timely content opportunities.
Support customer journey mapping and post-campaign performance evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with interest in branding and social content.
Confident using platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn, including posting and content management functions.
Familiar with video creation, mobile editing tools, and Canva.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing timelines and multiple priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic team environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms
Basic design skills are an advantage but not mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Candidates who can commit full-time internship for at least 4 months will be preferred.
