About MajorForm is a fast-growing marketing consultancy specialising in social commerce, affiliate marketing and content creation for leading beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands. The Role As an intern, you'll work on real client campaigns from day one and gain practical experience across creator marketing, project management and social media, not just administrative tasks. If you're organised, proactive and excited by the creator economy, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Doing: 1. Creator & Affiliate Management Source and shortlist suitable TikTok / Shopee creators and affiliates for client campaigns Reach out to creators and manage communications throughout campaigns Prepare and brief creators with campaign requirements and content guidelines Track campaign progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule 2. Creative & Content Project Management Coordinate content creation projects from briefing to final delivery Clarify client requirements and communicate them clearly to designers and creators Ensure creative specifications, timelines and deliverables are accurate Prepare shot lists and production plans before content shoots 3. Organic Social Media Brainstorm content ideas for MajorForm's social media channels Create simple short-form content to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients Keep up with TikTok / Instagram trends and identify new content opportunities  You'll Also Support: Livestream operations, including scheduling, stream setup and live session administration (some livestreams take place during evenings or weekends; off-in-lieu provided for after-hours livestream support) Organise promotion mechanics, training materials and internal documentation Prepare campaign performance reports across livestream, affiliate and content marketing activities What You'll Learn: During your internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in: TikTok / Shopee affiliate and creator marketing Campaign and project management Client servicing and stakeholder communication Content production workflows Livestream commerce operations Performance reporting and marketing analytics Build up expertise on tools like TikTok Shop, Shopee Seller Center, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut & project management / collaboration tools Working in a fast-paced marketing agency environment Who We're Looking For: Polytechnic or University student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines Available full-time for 3 months Organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive, responsible and willing to learn Passionate about TikTok, social media, e-commerce and digital marketing Why Join MajorForm?
