About this internship
Join Pandora's Regional Marketing team and gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of luxury retail marketing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced marketers responsible for Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations & Advocacy, and Paid Media across multiple markets in Asia.
About The Role
While the internship will primarily
support the Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing and PR & Advocacy functions, you will also have opportunities
to collaborate with the wider marketing team and gain exposure to integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about fashion, luxury, retail marketing, storytelling and creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
Brand Marketing
Support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns
Coordinate campaign assets and timelines across markets
Assist in campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis
Conduct market and competitor research
Support seasonal campaign launches and marketing activations
Visual Merchandising
Assist in coordinating VM guidelines and execution of seasonal launches
Consolidate feedback and execution reports from local markets
Support VM asset management and distribution
Assist with showroom preparation and product display planning
Help monitor in-store execution and best practice sharing
PR & Advocacy
Support media and influencer gifting coordination
Maintain PR and influencer databases
Assist with event planning and logistics
Track media coverage and compile monthly PR reports
Coordinate product samples and press materials
Cross-functional Projects
Support regional marketing meetings and presentations
Coordinate project timelines across functions
Assist with administrative and operational tasks
Support special regional marketing initiatives as required

Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion Marketing or related disciplines
Available for at least 3 months (6 months preferred)
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Passion for fashion, retail and luxury brands
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or social media platforms would be an advantage but is not essential
