MARKETING INTERN The Marketing Intern at Betime Marketing plays an important supporting role within the brand and client marketing team. This internship is designed for a proactive and curious individual who is excited to gain hands-on exposure across brand building, campaign execution, influencer marketing, social media, events, trade marketing, and e-commerce coordination. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to support the day-to-day execution of beauty, wellness, dermocosmetics, and personal care brands across Singapore and Malaysia. This role offers broad exposure to integrated marketing work and the opportunity to learn how campaigns are developed and delivered across multiple channels. The role SUPPORT, COORDINATE, EXECUTE! As our Marketing Intern, you will report to the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing and support the team in: · Assisting with the planning and execution of brand, retail, and digital marketing campaigns. · Supporting trade marketing activities to ensure smooth deployment of promotional and in-store initiatives. · Coordinating with external vendors, designers, production partners, and agencies on marketing materials and campaign assets. · Helping to localise and adapt global or regional campaign materials in line with brand guidelines. · Assisting with social media content coordination, creator seeding, influencer outreach, and campaign tracking. · Supporting e-commerce and marketplace campaigns, including product launches, promotional calendars, and campaign setup coordination. · Assisting in event, roadshow, launch, and activation preparation, including logistics, stock coordination, and on-site support. · Preparing campaign reports, presentation slides, competitor checks, and basic market research. · Ensuring timelines, asset submissions, and follow-up actions are completed accurately and on time. · Supporting general administrative and ad hoc duties assigned by the team. Requirements An undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Design, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn. Comfortable communicating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Interested in beauty, wellness, skincare, personal care, and consumer brands. Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to follow through on deadlines. Internship Details Full-time internship for at least 3 to 6 months. 5 days a week. Monthly internship allowance provided. Opportunity for conversion to a full-time Marketing role based on performance and business needs.
