Role Description
The Marketing Intern role at AXL Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning and execution across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, collecting and organizing data on customer behavior, and helping prepare marketing materials and social media content. The role also involves supporting communication with car owners and workshop partners, responding to inquiries, and gathering feedback to improve service quality. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to strengthen brand awareness and support growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with car owners and workshop partners.
Market research skills to gather, analyze, and present insights on users, competitors, and market trends.
Sales skills to support lead generation, outreach activities, and partner engagement.
Marketing Strategy skills to assist in planning campaigns, defining target audiences, and refining key messages.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing) and content creation is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) is preferred.
Enrollment in or completion of a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) is an advantage but not mandatory.
