Marketing Intern (Singapore) Part of a fun, passionate, and supportive team What you’ll be doing: As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day country marketing operations and regional marketing, with a focus on Channel Trade Marketing and Regional Marketing. Your responsibilities include: Regional Sephora Operations & Trade Marketing: Mechanics & GWP Planning: Coordinate regional templates and local promo plans (including beauty bonus, power hour, goody bags, rewards boutique, and checkout sampling), manage purchase orders (POs) with local category managers, and track launch execution. Ad-Hoc Activations & Roving Support: Align activation mechanics, coordinate GWP logistics, manage individual courier distributions to roving beauty advisors/part-timers, and track inventory balances. Inventory & Logistics: Manage NIF requests on the Brand Portal, coordinate with the Luxasia warehouse for repacking, handle Sephora MYDC courier arrangements, and manage local GWP stock-on-hand (SOH) and sampling budgets. Sephora CRM & Invoicing: Process orders upon receiving POs, request packing lists, and coordinate with finance teams for debit note generation. Social & Campaign Support: Liaise with Sephora BPM teams to secure social support, distribute materials, and track Instagram postings. Support regional or SG/MY seeding campaigns by ordering and couriering gratis products to local teams. Animation, Pop-Ups & Retail Activations: Support launchpads, pop-ups, and endcaps through Brand Portal requests, SKU submissions, vendor coordination (VM, creative, printing, and props), and cross-functional alignment on stock allocation, training, and budgets (raising POs via Esker). Manage Kitchen Table service slots, booking portals, service tools, and collaterals. Partner with retail teams to monitor door performance, SKU performance, and traffic insights. Collaterals & Operations: Coordinate the printing and distribution of in-store merchandising materials (e.g., wobblers, campaign brochures, engagement printouts, and foamboards). Partner with category managers to resolve stock issues, expedite deliveries, and oversee in-store displays. Regional Marketing: Leading regional projects and forecast management. Participating in regional launch campaign planning. Supporting other ad-hoc regional projects.
