We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Performance Marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience across the full spectrum of performance advertising – from data analysis and campaign execution to regional GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives across multiple digital platforms. What You’ll Do Multi-Channel Campaign Execution Support paid advertising campaigns across key platforms. Coordinate campaign launches by working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance across channels using tools like Excel, Appsflyer, GA4, etc. Regional Go-To-Market Support Help research and launch regional campaigns (e.g., in MENA, LATAM, or other markets) by contributing to research, targeting strategies, and asset preparation. Support the coordination with cross-regional teams. Ad Hoc Marketing Operations Assist with various marketing tasks and projects as needed. Who You Are Currently pursuing a degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills – comfortable with numbers, data tools, and making data-driven decisions. Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) with fluency to connect with stakeholders in China. Familiarity with the Fintech industry and major digital ad platforms (e.g., Direct Media Buy, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Full-time availability preferred, ideally for a 6-month internship.
