About this internship
We are looking for a motivated and execution-focused Marketing Intern to support the rollout of
Regional go-to-market initiatives. The overall GTM strategy will be defined by the leadership and
marketing teams; this role will focus on executing that strategy by identifying target accounts,
defining ideal customer profiles, supporting outreach, creating marketing assets, and helping
Drive regional pipeline-building activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of core marketing concepts, including
ICP development, positioning, value propositions, customer segmentation, and campaign
execution. They should be comfortable researching markets, building prospect lists, preparing
decks and collateral, coordinating outreach efforts, and working closely with sales and
Marketing teams to convert GTM plans into measurable execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of predefined regional GTM plans.
Research target markets, industries, customer segments, and competitors.
Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for specific regions and industries.
Build and maintain target account lists and prospect databases.
Support outbound outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
Assist in drafting outreach messaging, campaign copy, follow-up sequences, and sales enablement content.
Create and refine pitch decks, one-pagers, case study decks, campaign briefs, and positioning documents.
Translate approved value propositions into clear, customer-facing messaging.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and design teams to ensure timely GTM execution.
Support regional campaigns across email, digital, content, events, partnerships, and sales enablement channels.
Track outreach, campaign activity, responses, and performance metrics.
Prepare internal updates, campaign summaries, and recommendations based on execution learnings.
Requirements
Basic understanding of marketing, GTM execution, customer segmentation, positioning, and value propositions.
Ability to research and define ICPs based on target industries, regions, and buyer personas.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear outreach and marketing copy.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and research platforms for prospecting.
Ability to create structured, professional decks and marketing collateral.
Good research, organization, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
