Role Description
The Marketing Intern role at Supergreen is a full-time, hybrid position based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, creating basic content for social media and digital channels, and helping to track campaign performance. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, gathering customer insights, and supporting promotional activities and sales initiatives in-store or online. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and loyalty. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment within the food and wellness sector.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams.
Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Interest or experience in Sales and basic marketing activities to assist with promotions and outreach.
Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, spreadsheets, presentation software).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Passion for food, wellness, and customer-centric brands is highly beneficial.
