Marketing Intern

We’re a small, close-knit marketing agency working with brands across Southeast Asia. Our team is fast-paced, collaborative and always connected to what’s happening online. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work on active campaigns across different brands and industries. Your days may range from developing content ideas and preparing KOL briefs to filming outdoors or creating content at a client’s location. This gives you varied, hands-on experience beyond a typical desk-based internship. What you’ll do Develop content concepts for TikTok and Instagram Reels Create scripts, storyboards, shot lists and production plans Support the content production process from planning and preparation to filming and on-set execution, with editing handled separately Work closely with the team to source locations, props, talents and other production requirements Research and shortlist suitable KOLs and content creators Develop creative briefs and content directions for KOL campaigns Support active campaigns across multiple brands Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute campaign ideas You’ll fit right in if you Have a genuine interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing Are proactive, organised and comfortable managing different tasks Are open to feedback and willing to refine your work Care about producing thoughtful and high-quality work What you’ll get Hands-on experience across real brand campaigns Exposure to both KOL marketing and content production Opportunities to develop content from the initial concept to the final shoot Experience working across different brands, campaigns and creative projects Opportunities to contribute ideas and gradually take ownership of projects Portfolio-ready campaign and production work Direct guidance and feedback from a young and friendly team A welcoming office environment with a friendly office dog Internship details Internship duration: 6 months Opportunity to convert to a full-time position depending on performance Hybrid working arrangement in Singapore Work-from-home opportunity Flexible working arrangements, subject to campaign schedules and shoot requirements
