Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the agency’s social media and digital marketing activities on a full-time basis in a hybrid arrangement based in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content planning for social media channels, conducting market and competitor research, and helping prepare campaign reports and presentations. The intern will collaborate with the creative and account teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, support basic campaign execution, and assist with tracking performance metrics. Additional responsibilities may include helping with client communications, maintaining internal documentation, and contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and clients. Ability to conduct Market Research and support development of Marketing Strategy. Interest in Sales and understanding of how marketing activities drive commercial outcomes. Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Singapore, with the ability to collaborate both in office and remotely.
