Role Description
The Marketing Intern will support daily marketing activities to grow WeLive Supermarket’s presence across online platforms and on-site operations. This full-time role is based on-site in Tuas, working closely with the marketing and operations teams. Key responsibilities include assisting with campaign planning, coordinating content and promotional activities, supporting live-selling initiatives, and monitoring basic performance metrics for marketing efforts. The intern will help with market and competitor research, preparation of marketing materials, and coordination of customer engagement activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of marketing initiatives, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
Experience making doing user generated content
Candidates should possess Video editing, Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and performance analysis.
Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to assist with promotional activities and live-selling support.
Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail; prior internship or project experience in these areas is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Tuas on a full-time schedule, with good time management and attention to detail. Part-time also available on a consistent schedule.
Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with social media or e-commerce platforms is a must advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
