    About this internship

About Us Pints AI builds governed AI infrastructure for regulated institutions - banks, insurers, asset managers, law firms and government - across APAC and the Middle East. Our systems run inside institutions where every answer has to survive an audit. We closed a US$5.6M Pre-Series A in 2026, led by Tin Men Capital and SBI Ven Capital. We are a a fast growing team. This is not a role where you shadow someone. You will own live work in week and will build assets that will generate leads, be pitched to clients, and be used at events. Why This Role Exists Our marketing surface has outgrown the people running it. We are executing closed-door executive forums, regional conferences, published research, and an ongoing content programme across multiple markets and each of those needs pages built, invites sent, collateral produced, and follow-up done properly. We need someone who can carry that load end to end and be trusted with things that go in front of senior banking and insurance audiences. Key Responsibilities Events Management - Support our forum and conference programme across the region - closed-door executive forums, industry conferences, partner events. - Invite lists, RSVP tracking and chasing, attendee comms, name badges, collateral, vendor and venue coordination. - On-site running: setup, registration, keeping to the run sheet, capture for post-event use. - Post-event follow-up sequences and a written debrief on what worked. Campaigns & Content - Turn long-form material - whitepapers, research pieces, articles - into LinkedIn posts, newsletter sends, and email sequences. Schedule, publish, and report on performance. - Build campaign and event landing pages from our existing component library, with the form, confirmation email, and tracking set up so we know what actually converted. Merchandise & Collateral - Source, spec, and manage production of event merchandise, giveaways, and printed collateral with vendors. Track budget and delivery dates against event deadlines. Website Management - Publish and update pages on our website - copy changes, blog posts, industry and landing pages, CTAs and forms. - Run a regular QA pass: broken links, typos, mobile rendering, page speed, form submissions landing where they should. We sell accuracy, so a typo on our site is a real problem, not a cosmetic one. Reporting - A short weekly written update: what shipped, what's blocked, what the numbers did. Non-negotiable. Requirements - Currently based in Singapore and legally able to undertake a paid internship here for the full duration. - Available for a minimum of 16 continuous weeks. - Willing to travel regionally for events - typically 2–4 days at a time, a handful of times across the internship. Valid passport with at least 6 months' validity. - Comfortable in a CMS - Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Squarespace or similar. You don't need to code, but an embed block shouldn't scare you. - Writes clean, correct English. We will test this. - Organised in a way that survives someone else opening your files. Shared docs, sensible naming, dates on things. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Exposure to B2B, financial services, or enterprise software marketing. - HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation. - Basic Figma - enough to resize an asset without waiting for a designer. - Google Analytics / Search Console. - A side project, newsletter, community, or society role you actually ran. What We Offer - Direct exposure to how enterprise AI is sold into banks and insurers - a market most interns never see from the inside. - Your work in front of C-suite audiences at closed-door forums, not just a follower count. - A named manager, a fixed weekly 1:1, and written feedback at week 4 and week 12. - Strong performers are considered for a full-time offer.
