About us Astro Health is a Singapore healthcare start-up building modern, accessible care for Asia. Our first venture, Trimly (trimly.sg), is an MOH-licensed clinic focusing on weight management, built for women in Singapore. Founder-led, real revenue, and a six-figure monthly ad budget across Meta and Google. The right fit Marketing is the key growth driver at Trimly. As our Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with the founder who leads growth, supporting user acquisition across creative production, paid ads, influencer operations, and organic channels. This role is hands-on — you won't just observe campaigns: you'll help build, launch, and report on them from our ad account, and develop practical skills in creative production, campaign operations, and performance analysis. Location : Singapore (hybrid) Duration : 3–6 months (full-time) Start date : As soon as possible Compensation: Paid internship (Opportunity to convert to a full-time role) Key Responsibilities Turn creative drafts into launch-ready ads in Canva — statics and simple video finishing, at volume Support paid ads operations: upload and rotate creatives, pull weekly reports from Meta and Google Ads, keep the testing log tidy Run the publishing calendar: schedule posts, write captions, and keep up with comments and DMs on TikTok and Instagram Support the influencer program: source creators, build shortlists, draft outreach from templates, track deliverables and giveaways Liaise with agencies on different marketing channels Summarise weekly performance: what won, what died, what to test next We're a healthcare brand, so everything public gets reviewed before it ships, and our marketing follows Singapore's health advertising rules. You'll learn how a real DTC health brand runs growth, from creative testing to compliance. Minimum Qualification Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Available full-time for 3–6 months and based in Singapore Good with AI (LLMs, generative AI) Write cleanly and communicate effectively Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets Any performance marketing exposure, Canva/Figma skills, video editing skills, or a shipped side project is a plus
