About this internship
About the Role
As our Marketing Intern, Singapore and Hong Kong, you are at the heart of bringing our diverse portfolio of brands to life across our locations in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will help create dynamic social media content, support new location launch campaigns, translate key assets, and assist in executing partnership events that bring our vibrant community together.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager, Hong Kong & Singapore, and work closely with local site location teams, external partners, and regional counterparts.
Based in Singapore and supporting both the Singapore and Hong Kong markets, success in this role looks like executing impactful organic and paid social media campaigns that build brand awareness and drive lead generation. Armed with sharp messaging skills, you will deliver eye-catching bilingual content that engages our members and target audience across channels, and a marketing workflow that keeps our database and platforms fully up to date.
What Might Your Day Look Like
You start the morning by reviewing the content schedule for the week. You draft an engaging Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) in both English for an upcoming member workshop, ensuring the tone matches our brand guidelines perfectly.
By mid-morning, you hop over to one of our Singapore locations to shoot short-form video content , later editing the footage in Canva. You capture the energetic atmosphere during a partner pop-up event and prepare it for our social media channels.
In the afternoon, you liaise with external vendors for event supplies and double-check the logistics list for a partnership event happening later in the week. You ensure all vendor orders, member portal listings, and CRM lead entries are accurate and accounted for.
Before wrapping up your day, you translate a set of updated rate cards and brochures into Simplified and Traditional Chinese, ensuring the localised messaging is spot-on before publishing.
What You Will Own
Content Creation & Social Media:
Assist in creating, writing, and editing social media content, EDMs, and short videos (using tools like Canva) that resonate with our members and target audience for each market and follow brand guidelines.
Event Planning & Logistics:
Support the ideation, preparation, and execution of partnership events—handling vendor coordination, supply procurement, and on-site logistics.
Inbound & Partner Communication:
Respond promptly to incoming partnership enquiries and conduct outreach to nurture event leads and grow our local database.
Localisation & Asset Management:
Translate decks, SOPs, rate cards, brochures, and web/app content between English and Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified).
Platform Maintenance & Data Operations:
Keep the Members’ Portal, Mobile App, and CRM database accurate, updated with latest events, perks, and media clippings.
You Will Love This Role If...
You thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and enjoy collaborating with diverse people across different cultures.
You are genuinely excited about creative content creation, digital storytelling, and event execution.
You are a self-starter who loves learning on the fly and taking initiative to get things done.
You take pride in neat organisation, detail-oriented translation, and keeping platforms running smoothly behind the scenes.
You want hands-on, real-world marketing experience with a global brand expanding across Asia Pacific.
This Role Is Probably Not for You If...
You prefer working purely behind a screen without interacting with members, external vendors, or event guests.
You are looking for a strictly desk-bound role with no requirement to assist during occasional evening or weekend events.
You prefer waiting for step-by-step instructions rather than proactively chasing deliverables or managing tight deadlines.
You are uncomfortable creating short videos, writing bilingual copy, or using design tools like Canva.
