About The Role
The Marketing Intern will support DKSH's Technology Business by contributing to lead generation campaigns, digital content creation, and marketing execution activities. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to apply marketing knowledge in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, working alongside experienced professionals across field and digital marketing functions.
What You Will Deliver
Support the planning and execution of lead generation activities through field marketing and digital campaigns, including events, electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns, and newsletters
Assist in the preparation of product marketing materials such as brochures and presentations, and support logistics for campaign execution
Track and report on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI) using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools or Microsoft Excel, ensuring all data remains accurate and up to date
Develop B2B-focused content for LinkedIn and other digital channels, encompassing copywriting, content creation, and design aligned with brand guidelines
Translate technical and scientific concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging for target audiences
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
Currently enrolled in Year 2 to Year 4 of a local University or Polytechnic, pursuing a degree or diploma in one of the following:
Business or Marketing with an interest in the scientific field; or
Science or Engineering (e.g., Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical, or Engineering) with an interest in marketing
Able to commit for 6 months on a credit or non-credit basis; students currently studying overseas and returning home for vacation are welcome to apply

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of marketing channels and how they function
Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva, with a good eye for visual design
Interest or background in scientific or technical products and/or exposure to laboratory workflows and the scientific solutions industry is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Independent learner who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and a creative mindset
