Send Services Pte. Ltd - Marketing & Operations Intern
Send (Singapore Food Delivery Startup)
Send is a peer-to-peer food delivery platform supporting hawkers and local merchants. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support day-to-day marketing execution and on-ground operations.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage content, and support real-world activations across Singapore.
What You’ll Be Doing
1) Data Reporting & Analytics
Develop data visualisation and dashboards using a combination of online tools (e.g. Amazon Redshift, QuickSight etc.) to communicate conversion and customer trends.
Leverage data reports to deepen customer insights, supporting team leaders in making data-driven decisions on resource and budget allocation, and content.
Help shape the broader marketing strategy by translating qualitative customer feedback into actionable insights.
2) Video Content
Conceptualise high-impact video content tailored for diverse social ecosystems, from short-form trends (e.g. Facebook Stories, Instagram Reels, TikTok), to community-led platforms (e.g. Lemon8, Xiaohongshu), to thought leadership-focused content (LinkedIn).
Translate creative concepts into detailed storyboards and compelling scripts that capture brand voice and drive viewer retention.
Assist the marketing team in end-to-end production, from onsite filming to post-production editing.
Where ideal, convert video content into digestible written formats (e.g. social media posts, visual infographics etc.) to maximise content ROI.
3) Media Relations
Identify and secure media opportunities by crafting newsworthy narratives (e.g. press releases, pitch decks etc.) that elevate the company’s profile across mainstream and niche press.
Build relationships with journalists and publications to position the company as a thought leader in the F&B industry.
4) Resolution Handling & Operational Support
Handle merchant and stakeholder inquiries in real time.
Troubleshoot operational issues and identify root causes.
Coordinate cross-team follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
Track cases until closure and maintain proper documentation.
Train and fine-tune in-house ‘Sendy’ AI chatbot to maximise operational accuracy and resolve stakeholder inquiries.
5) Merchant Onboarding & Platform Setup
Assist with menu uploads and system configuration.
Guide merchants through onboarding workflows.
Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of onboarding progress.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or a related discipline
Preferably final year undergraduate students
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on multiple tasks and deliverables at once
Comfortable with basic content tools (e.g., Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects equivalent, Canva, Google Drive)
Bonus: Interest in local culture, hawkers, or community storytelling
