About this internship
Responsibilities
Medical & Scientific Content Support
Support the development of HCP-facing content across formats: slide decks, visual aids, emails, playbooks and internal toolkits.
Assist with literature searches, data extraction, and basic evidence synthesis from peer-reviewed sources.
Help ensure scientific accuracy, proper referencing, and compliance with brief requirements.
Omnichannel & Customer Experience Support
Assist in mapping simple customer journeys for HCPs and patients across touchpoints (e.g. digital, rep-led, event-based).
Support the adaptation of content across multiple channels while maintaining scientific integrity
Help with basic content tracking and version control for different markets or stakeholder groups.
Strategic & Project Support
Support ongoing strategy projects for pharma and nutrition brands (e.g. campaign planning, launch strategy, internal playbooks).
Prepare background research on disease areas, treatment landscapes, and brand categories
Help document meeting notes, insights, and action points for internal and client discussions.
Internal Operations & Quality Control
Assist with proofreading, formatting, and consistency checks across decks and documents.
Support internal knowledge management (organising references, assets, version histories).
Coordinate with strategy, creative, and medical teams on task tracking when required.

Candidate Profile
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:
Life Sciences / Biomedical Science / Pharmacy / Nutrition / Public Health / Biomedical Engineering / Communications with strong science exposure
Ideally in penultimate or final year of study.
Core Skills
Strong written English with high attention to clarity and accuracy
Comfortable reading and interpreting scientific or clinical information.
Good organisational habits and ability to manage multiple small tasks.
Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Word (advanced design skills not required, though valued).
Core Attributes
Curious about how science is applied in real-world healthcare marketing.
Detail-oriented and willing to work through complex content carefully.
Open to feedback and iterative revisions.
Professional, responsible, and able to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to healthcare, research, or content work.
Familiarity with PubMed, Google Scholar, or basic literature review.
Interest in UX, digital health, or customer experience design
