Responsibilities Sales Reporting & Data Management Prepare weekly merchandise sales reports every Monday and monthly sales reports at the beginning of each month, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Daily Merchandising Operations Support Coordinate with retail stores and warehouses to address merchandise-related requests. Assist with inventory inquiries, discrepancy reporting, and other daily merchandising operations. Promotion System Management Set up promotional activities in the system and maintain promotional information to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Warehouse & Procurement Coordination Prepare warehouse inbound documentation and assist with shopping bag procurement. Monitor merchandise arrivals and follow up on delivery schedules and logistics updates. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with strong data processing and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with good communication, coordination, and execution skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese to facilitate daily communication with retail stores and warehouses. Internship Period Immediate part-time or full-time.
