What You Will Do As an Innovation & Technology Intern, you will work closely with our digital leaders and engineers to design, build, and deploy high-impact technical solutions. Depending on your core strengths and interests, your portfolio of work will typically involve: Workflow Automation & AI Integration: Build and optimise end-to-end automation pipelines with LLM-driven agent frameworks to streamline internal operations. Application & Tooling Development: Develop robust cross-platform mobile or web applications to support logistics tracking, field operations, and data capture. Edge AI & Data Processing: Assist in deploying and evaluating computer vision or OCR pipelines on edge computing hardware (such as NVIDIA Jetson platforms) for trailer and fleet identification, etc. System Prototyping: Rapidly test, iterate, and benchmark new technologies. What We Are Looking For We value curiosity, raw engineering grit, and a bias for action over polished resumes. Recent Graduates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong Foundations: Comfortable writing clean, maintainable code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc. Curiosity for Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity or deep curiosity with some combination of: API integrations, RESTful services, and webhook architectures. Workflow automation tools Basic machine learning concepts, computer vision, or LLM API integrations. Mobile/web application development frameworks. Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy untangling messy operational bottlenecks and translating them into elegant, automated digital workflows. Ownership & Autonomy: You are self-motivated, eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and not afraid to take ownership of mini-projects from conception to deployment. Why Join Us?
