NPU Software Engineer (Internship)

Commitment Period: Jan 2027 onwards Job Description We are looking for passionate and motivated System Engineer Intern to participate in the compliance process for embedded machine learning system in automotive products. This effort comprises code/design refactoring, regression testing, and documentation. During this period, the intern can expect to familiarize with following skills: Domain Edge AI with Convolutional Neural Networks over a Neural Processing Unit Processor architecture: ARM/RISC-V symmetric multiprocessing with cache & internal buses OS abstractions: GNU/Linux + proprietary RTOS + Bare metal Processes ASPICE Misra C Tools Development: GCC Collaboration: Git + JIRA + Confluence Risk/Safety: BlackDuck, Coverity Requirements: MSEE/BSEE in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering Good communication, collaboration and learning skills Strong system development and code review skills in C Familiarity with SDLC processes and collaboration tools Experience in System-Level Debugging on FPGA platforms or with RTL simulation/co-simulation environments (e.g., using tools like ILA/ChipScope, QuestaSim/ModelSim, or advanced logic analyzers). Familiarity with PyTorch or a similar deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow) for model-level analysis. Commit at least 6 months full time and preferably 9 months
