About this internship
About Pints AI
Pints AI designs and deploys production-grade agentic AI systems for regulated financial institutions. We work with clients across insurance, asset management, and commercial banking, where reliability, compliance, governance, and data sovereignty matter.
Our team builds AI platforms that institutions can use securely and confidently in real-world operations.
About the role
We are looking for a sharp, dependable Operations Intern to help keep the company organised and moving.
This is a hands-on role combining office administration with operational coordination. You will support the practical work that keeps the team effective—from managing office needs and maintaining records to coordinating tasks, preparing documents, and following up on internal action items.
We do not expect you to arrive as an operations strategist. We do expect you to think: understand what needs to happen, ask good questions, work through routine problems, and follow tasks through to completion. As you become familiar with the business, there will be opportunities to take on broader responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Support day-to-day office administration, including supplies, purchases, deliveries, vendors, records, and meeting arrangements
Coordinate internal tasks and follow up with owners to keep actions moving
Maintain trackers, shared documents, operational records, and simple reports
Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions and action items, and follow through afterward
Help document recurring processes and keep internal information organised
Assist with employee onboarding and basic people-operations administration
Support expense documentation, invoice coordination, and other basic finance administration
Assist with company events, visitors, travel arrangements, and team logistics
Provide occasional support for sales, client, or project administration
Identify small ways to make recurring work clearer, faster, or more reliable
Take on other reasonable operational tasks as the company’s needs evolve
What we’re looking for
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in any relevant discipline
Organised, observant, and able to exercise practical judgment
Reliable about deadlines, details, and closing the loop
Comfortable taking ownership of both routine administrative work and less-defined tasks
Able to work through straightforward problems independently and escalate appropriately
Clear and concise in written and verbal communication
Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation software, shared documents, email, and task-tracking tools
Receptive to feedback and able to learn quickly from instructions and experience
Willing and able to work on-site in Singapore five days per week
Interest in technology, AI, financial services, or growing companies is useful, but not required
No previous operations experience is required. Evidence of initiative from internships, part-time work or personal projects matters more to us than a particular degree.
What you’ll gain
First-hand experience of how a growing AI company operates
Exposure to business, people, finance, sales, and project operations
Increasing ownership as you demonstrate sound judgment and reliability
Opportunities to improve real processes
Experience working alongside a team deploying AI in regulated industries
