Operations Intern

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Intern to support and manage daily delivery operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams, while also handling administrative responsibilities to keep operations efficient and compliant. Responsibilities ·       Plan and schedule daily delivery jobs for van and bike drivers. ·       Monitor real-time job progress and reassign tasks when necessary. ·       Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. ·       Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicle servicing, and job completion. ·       Assist in onboarding drivers, collecting required documents, and managing compliance records. ·       Track and report operational KPIs, preparing weekly performance updates for management. ·       Ensure compliance with LTA and MOM guidelines for fleet management and drivers. ·       Provide administrative support related to logistics and operations. Requirements ·       Polytechnic Diploma in Operations, Logistics Management, or related field. ·       Only Singaporeans and PR ·       0-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or fleet coordination. ·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. ·       Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams. ·       Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software/tools is an advantage. ·       Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
