Operation Office for Asia – Global Business IT Solution Department (OOA GBISD) Operations Project and Data Analytics Intern Internship Period: 11 January 2027 – 30 June 2027 Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join MUFG Bank, where you will gain hands-on experience by working closely with various departments, conducting research, collecting and analysing data, and participating in meetings on key bank operations such as Money Transfer. Through project work, you will gain valuable insights into enterprise growth and develop new ideas to support the bank’s objectives.  To succeed in this role, you should be adaptable, proactive and willing to assist with the tasks assigned by your supervisors. You will have the opportunity to contribute to upcoming projects while supporting ongoing initiatives. Job Responsibilities Develop an understanding of the bank’s overall concept, including its brand, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of service, while maintaining the confidentiality of the bank’s internal information Support tasks and projects assigned by supervisors across various departments Attend meetings and take minutes for follow ups Review project documents to understand objectives, scope and timelines Participate in job shadowing to gain practical experience and insights Learn technical and professional skills relevant to the industry Job Requirements Strong willingness to learn and collaborate across different functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Good organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment IMPORTANT NOTE Interested applicants will be required to submit CV and Cover Letter .
