Workplace type: On site Location: Robinson Road, Singapore Career Pathway: Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles in Product or Marketing as part of our Future Leader Program , with potential locations in Guangzhou, Singapore, or Tokyo . What will your role be: Assist in overseeing overseas KOL/KOC operations for AI tools and social internet products, and help boost product exposure, customer acquisition, registration conversion and user growth through influencer collaborations. Assist in sourcing, screening and maintaining overseas influencer resources on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter and other platforms, and participate in building and optimizing the influencer resource pool. Assist in developing content directions for influencer partnerships based on product selling points, user scenarios and growth goals, including product reviews, tutorials, product seeding and usage experience sharing. Support the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including outreach assistance, communication coordination, brief drafting support, content review assistance, launch follow-up, data tracking and preliminary performance sorting. Track and sort collaboration data including exposure, engagement, clicks, registrations and activations, and assist in summarizing performance and optimizing influencer selection, content formats and delivery strategies. Cooperate with product, design, data and other teams to support the implementation of influencer marketing activities aligned with product growth targets. What an ideal candidate means to us: Current undergraduate or postgraduate student; majors in Marketing, Communication, English, International Business or related fields are preferred. Familiar with overseas social media platforms and the influencer ecosystem, and understand the content rules and communication logic of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. Have internship or practical experience in overseas KOL/KOC cooperation, influencer marketing, overseas social media operation or product growth is a plus; experience in promoting AI tools or social products is preferred. Good command of English in reading, writing and communication, able to assist in communicating with overseas influencers, drafting briefs and giving content feedback. Basic data analysis awareness, able to assist in collecting, sorting and analyzing cooperation data. Strong self-motivation and execution ability, good at communication, coordination and project support.
