Who We're Looking For We're looking for students who are curious about people, organizations and what makes great teams work . You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Have an interest in people, culture, organizations or the future of work. Enjoy working and communicating with different people. Are curious and willing to ask questions and learn. Are organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing different priorities. Enjoy solving problems and finding better ways of doing things. Are comfortable working with information and data. Take initiative and aren't afraid to get hands-on. Are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Previous HR or People & Culture experience is a plus, but not a requirement . We're interested in your curiosity, potential and willingness to learn.
