About The Team The Warehouse/SPX People Team drives the full spectrum of the employee life cycle to support frontline excellence at Shopee. From hiring and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and offboarding, the team ensures that every touchpoint is designed to attract, develop, and retain the best talent. Working closely with operations, we focus on delivering people solutions that empower our workforce, enhance employee experience, and enable seamless execution across our fulfilment and logistics network. Job Description Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation Assist in the planning and execution of employee welfare and engagement activities Participate in payroll validation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy Contribute to internal communications efforts, including the creation of newsletters and other employee engagement materials Attending to employees’ queries and advising based on the company's best practices Requirements Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Having a passion for people and culture Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, attention to detail and eager to learn Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
