People & Organisation Intern

The Role This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Singapore within the People & Organisation function of a global venture capital firm. The preferred start date is 1 June 2027, with the internship running through December 2027. The role sits within the firm's Asia team. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of Learning & Development roadmaps and plans. Contribute to regional talent mapping and succession initiatives. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Provide input on candidate selection. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. Help design resources for future onboarding. Provide administrative support on HR-related documentation. Participate in and assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities. Support other HR-related activities as assigned, based on organisational needs. Skills & Experience Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA programme in any discipline. Strong academic results. Genuine interest in a career in HR. Strong planning, follow-up, and organisational skills. Proactive and detail-oriented approach with a sense of accountability. Effective written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to engage across different backgrounds and seniority levels. Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, search engines, and recruitment databases.
