The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with our client, a renowned Tech MNC, to search for a
Policy Specialist (Trust & Safety)
on a
12-month contract (renewable).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact Trust & Safety team responsible for developing and implementing product policies that promote user trust and safety across global platforms. The successful candidate will lead policy initiatives, manage complex escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive policy excellence and operational improvements.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Working Hours:
Standard Singapore business hours
Office Location
: Mapletree Business City, Pasir Panjang.
The Talent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Policy, Trust & Safety, Legal, Technology, or a related environment
Professional proficiency in both
English and Hindi (to communicate in both written and spoken with Native Hindi stakeholders on complex escalations and investigation matters)
Strong understanding of policy development, implementation, and governance within a technology or online platform environment
Experience managing complex policy escalations and sensitive investigations independently
Advanced proficiency in data analytics and modelling, with the ability to drive data-informed policy decisions
Experience identifying operational improvement opportunities and enhancing policy enforcement effectiveness
Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
Understanding of regulatory processes and online community standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple priorities
Experience in crisis management and Trust & Safety operations will be highly advantageous
The Job
Lead the development, implementation, and launch of global product policies with consideration for regional regulations, local culture, and community expectations
Establish and maintain product policy standards across multiple product areas
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, implement, and continuously improve policy frameworks
Conduct policy-related investigations and respond to user requests, external inquiries, and real-world investigations
Independently manage and resolve high-impact, cross-product policy escalations
Identify emerging policy risks, assess business and user impact, and recommend effective policy solutions
Partner with Product, Legal, Trust & Safety, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to launch products, features, and processes that strengthen user trust
Conduct strategic analysis across the enforcement pipeline to identify opportunities for improving human review performance and policy effectiveness
Drive data-driven recommendations to enhance policy quality, operational efficiency, and enforcement strategies
Support long-term policy vision and strategy by serving as a subject matter expert across multiple policy domains
