Gain hands-on experience in business process design, governance, and digital transformation initiatives within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will work with stakeholders to improve enterprise-wide processes, support solution design, and contribute to change management and organisational transformation efforts. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures across multiple functions Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices in process design, governance, and operational excellence Develop process documentation, flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance materials Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test data preparation, and validation activities Assist in developing tools and dashboards to support resource planning, initiative tracking, and compliance monitoring Contribute to change management initiatives by preparing communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities Analyse survey feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making Support the coordination of workshops, discussions, and engagement sessions with stakeholders About You Final-year diploma student pursuing Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Studies, or related disciplines Interested in business analysis, process improvement, governance, or digital transformation Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Comfortable analysing data, gathering feedback, and translating insights into recommendations Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
