Gain hands-on experience supporting the National Billing System (NBS), a large-scale healthcare platform used across Singapore's public healthcare institutions. You will participate in change delivery, system testing, project implementation, and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Support Change Requests (CRs) throughout the project lifecycle, including tracking, coordination, and documentation Assist in preparing and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities Support deployment readiness, implementation, and post go-live monitoring activities Coordinate with business users, application teams, and technical teams to facilitate issue resolution Prepare project reports, testing documentation, and operational support materials Explore opportunities to improve processes through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions About You Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Familiarity with testing methodologies such as SIT, UAT, or regression testing Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data analysis concepts Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or automation tools is advantageous Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
