Be part of our Cyber Operations & Technologies team and gain hands-on experience in web and data security operations within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will support security services, analyse operational data, contribute to automation initiatives, and participate in service improvement projects. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In The Following Security Operations & Service Support Support daily operations of web and data security services Assist in request triage, operational tracking, and documentation updates Analyse alerts, service requests, and operational data under guidance from the team Analytics & Process Improvement Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement Support reporting, dashboard development, and operational analytics activities Participate in service enhancement and project initiatives Automation & Innovation Design and develop a small automation, reporting, or dashboard solution to address an operational need Support testing, validation, and documentation activities Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders Project Delivery Participate in requirements gathering, project coordination, and solution testing Prepare a final project report, presentation, and knowledge transfer materials About You Final-year diploma student pursuing Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Network Security, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines Basic understanding of cybersecurity, networking, or IT infrastructure concepts Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Interest in cybersecurity operations, data analytics, and process improvement Exposure to Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or other scripting languages is advantageous Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Self-motivated, curious, and willing to learn in a structured operational environment Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
