    About this internship

    About the Role Join our 12-inch wafer fabrication facility as a Process Engineer Intern and gain hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and process engineering. You will work alongside experienced engineers to monitor process performance, analyze data, troubleshoot process issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support Process Engineers in monitoring and improving process performance, stability, and yield. Analyze process and production data to identify trends, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities. Assist in troubleshooting process issues and conducting root-cause analysis. Support process experiments, engineering runs, and process optimization activities. Participate in yield improvement and continuous improvement projects. Assist with process qualification, validation, and documentation activities. Work closely with Equipment, Manufacturing, Quality, and other engineering teams to resolve process issues. Support the preparation of engineering reports, data analysis, and presentations. Follow fab safety, quality, and operational procedures in a cleanroom environment. Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related discipline. Strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing and process engineering. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working with data and interpreting technical information. Willing to work in a cleanroom and hands-on manufacturing environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, programming, or automation tools is an advantage. What You Will Gain Hands-on exposure to 12-inch semiconductor wafer fabrication and manufacturing processes.
