Kick-start your career in Procurement with a role that offers real responsibility and meaningful learning. This internship gives you hands-on experience in sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management — all while working with a team that's committed to your growth.
What will you do:
Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and procurement operations, including PR/PO creation, order tracking, delivery coordination, and supplier quotation evaluation based on cost, lead time, and commercial terms.
Support supplier management activities by communicating with vendors, following up on required documentation, and gathering data for supplier selection, evaluation, and risk assessment.
Provide procurement support for tenders and projects by coordinating supplier quotations, maintaining procurement data, and assisting project teams with sourcing requirements.
Contribute to cost optimization initiatives by conducting cost analyses, supporting cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining procurement KPIs and performance reports.
Assist in compliance and risk management activities through the collection, verification, and maintenance of supplier compliance documents, audit records, and procurement documentation.
Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills across procurement and supply chain functions.
What qualifications will make you successful:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, evaluate options, and support informed decision-making.
Demonstrated interest in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and logistics operations.
Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
