Location: Kallang Kick-start your career in Procurement with an internship that offers meaningful exposure across operations, analytics, and project management. As part of the East Asia Regional Procurement team, you'll support initiatives that help drive efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance procurement performance while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic regional environment. What will you do: Manage and enhance the Knowledge Management System (KMS) SharePoint, ensuring it remains the primary knowledge hub for the East Asia Regional Procurement team. Drive adoption and collaboration by improving KMS features, while analyzing usage data and developing reporting methodologies to measure and enhance effectiveness. Support the preparation and consolidation of data for the Regional Procurement Balanced Scorecard (BSC) monthly reporting process. Partner with the India Procurement Effectiveness team to enhance Tableau dashboards and visualizations, providing actionable insights for stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and operational outcomes through workflow analysis, data analytics, digitization, automation, and program support initiatives. What qualifications will make you successful: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power Platform, and Tableau is required. Knowledge of Python and/or SQL will be an advantage.
