About Gate
Founded in 2013, Gate is one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, trusted by over 60 million users worldwide and supporting 5,000+ cryptocurrencies. Consistently ranked among the top three exchanges globally, we offer a full suite of digital asset trading and wealth management services, and we operate as a remote-first, globally distributed team where every voice counts.
About the Role
You'll join our procurement team with a primary focus on marketing and media procurement: events, sponsorships, media placements, and creative agencies. You'll also provide general procurement support across HR services, tech & security, and regulatory & compliance categories.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of how Gate's marketing activity gets delivered. Expect to be coordinating venues, hotels, and event setups; liaising directly with vendors; and keeping the details tight so campaigns land on time and on budget.
What You'll Do
Coordinate event logistics end to end: venue and hotel bookings, setup, and on-the-ground details
Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding vendors across designated categories
Collect and compare vendor quotes; prepare cost analyses and recommendation summaries
Maintain up-to-date vendor records and manage day-to-day vendor communications
Support contract review and negotiation coordination with Legal and Finance
Track campaign spend vs. budget, flag overruns, and assist with reconciliation
Partner with business units to clarify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken
Interest in or prior exposure to marketing operations, events, or media buying
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organisational skills
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
Strong interest in or prior experience with Web3, crypto, or blockchain
Hands-on experience supporting marketing events, sponsorships, or media campaigns
Familiarity with crypto-native vendor ecosystems (exchanges, compliance providers)
The Details
Location: Remote (Singapore-based)
Duration: 3–6 months, flexible to fit your academic schedule
Start date: Immediate
