Responsibilities Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities Collaborate with product managers to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement Support the coordination and execution of product launches, including documentation and communication materials Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide input on product-related discussions Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product requirements are effectively communicated Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides Assist in operational functions, such as installing hardware and software for clients Perform basic troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure smooth product functionality Perform testing on product enhancements Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering) Strong interest in product management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus Only full time interns who are available to start in early August 2026 will be considered Please state your availability clearly in the comments section Benefits Full training and guidance for candidates on product management Acquire both technical and soft skills that will ensure long-term career stability and personal growth Opportunity to convert to full time employment Dynamic and friendly environment - Not for the dull and boring!
