    Location: Singapore (Central) Working days: Full-time preferred, Part-time at least 3 days a week Type: Hybrid (1-2 days in office per week, mandatory WFO on Tuesdays) Compensation: $1000/month for full-time, pro-rated for part-time Start date: Immediate / Mid Aug 2026 Must have: Adept at using Claude and Github Role Overview As a Product Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and readiness of Moonshot’s hardware and software products, while supporting broader product development and launch initiatives. Your core responsibility will be testing our hardware, firmware, and mobile app to ensure they meet product specifications and deliver a seamless user experience. Beyond QA, you will also support product operations, feature validation, and user experience improvements across the Moonshot ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about how products are built, and excited to work at the intersection of lifestyle gaming hardware, mobile apps, and Web3 ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Product testing and quality assurance: Participate in testing cycles for development, staging, and production releases Test hardware, firmware and app against product specifications and QA checklists Log and document bugs clearly using the company’s issue tracking system Collaborate with product and engineering teams to verify bug fixes Design and execute structured test cases alongside the product team Conduct exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues or edge cases Product operations and release support: Support product release cycles by validating new features before launch Assist in maintaining QA documentation, test cases, and product specifications Help track feature rollouts, changes, and version updates across dev/staging/production Support coordination between product, engineering, and marketing teams during releases Product development support: Assist the product team in defining and refining feature requirements Support research on competitor products, gaming trends, and user behaviour Help with documentation of product features, flows, and internal guides Participate in brainstorming sessions for new features and improvements Ideate and build mini-app prototypes Requirements Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical mindset Ability to follow testing procedures and document findings clearly Strong communication and reporting skills Ability to clearly reproduce and describe bugs and issues Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about product development Don't mind getting your hands dirty with building prototypes
