About the Team
Our team plays a critical role in TikTok's advertising business by driving large-scale acquisition of new advertisers. We work at the intersection of growth, product, partnerships, and experimentation to unlock new ways of bringing businesses onto the platform.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact growth initiatives, gain exposure to AI-enabled workflows, and learn directly from experienced leaders including product managers and ex-MBB consultants.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

What You'll Do
Support initiatives to drive new advertiser acquisition at scale for TikTok's advertising business
Conduct market research, prospect research, and lead sourcing using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
Identify potential partners, business opportunities, and growth levers through structured research and experimentation
Analyze market trends, partnership opportunities, and product-led growth motions
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support execution of growth initiatives
Test new ideas, refine outreach approaches, and improve acquisition efficiency
Take ownership of assigned workstreams with guidance while operating with a high degree of independence

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing/Business or a related discipline
Currently enrolled in a university in Singapore
Available for a minimum commitment of 5 months
Preferred Qualification(s)
Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for research, synthesis, and lead sourcing
Good data sense, familiar with pivot tables
Able to work independently with some guidance in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on, curious, and eager to experiment
Driven by value creation and business impact, with a strong bias toward action
