About the role We are seeking a Product Management Intern to design and structure new features, processes and capabilities for our digital platform and partners. You will work closely with inhouse Product Managers and Product Owners. What you will do Working with industry and business specialists to develop and implement client visions, roadmaps and governance to address today’s business needs and support future growth Supporting the Product team in driving and guiding workshops and interviews to discover product strategy, vision, process innovation, unique value proposition, business case and goals Analyse & define customer and partner journeys Requirements design (writing epics and stories, acceptance criteria, visual models, user flows and wireframes) Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (product backlog grooming, sprint planning and estimation, daily stand-ups, showcases, retros) Supporting in managing the product backlog (prioritization, facilitation of the estimation, decomposition, managing dependencies) Working with the development team (facilitate backlog grooming, technical design meetings, and sprint planning) Designing acceptance criteria and planning UAT with client stakeholders Manage and execute projects Trend scouting around technology, insurance protection and competitors Comply with company procedures and processes Any other roles and responsibilities assigned What we are looking for Currently is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science/ Engineering, or any related technical fields Good understanding of software development lifecycle and product management Good English oral and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Passion for technology & adoption of AI Why discovermarket Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced Product Managers and Product Owners, working alongside top engineers throughout your internship Real-world experience: Help design and structure new features, processes and capabilities for our live digital insurance platform, from discovery workshops and customer journeys to user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT AI-native engineering: Get hands-on exposure to an Agentic AI-driven SDLC (ADLC) and build your AI knowledge with new tools International exposure: Work alongside colleagues across Vietnam, Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal Start-up experience: Experience start-up culture up close, working with our CPO, CTO and Management Team Potential full-time opportunity based on performance
